Added Backend Postbuild for Editor Tests, Reduced Memory Allocations
#FIX: The editor unit testing project didn't receive any editor backend plugins and failed as a result. Adding postbuild events for copying them over to the new testing assembly fixes this.
#CHANGE: Now producing slightly less garbage each frame.
