Frontmatec.UpdateManagement.Velopack

Updates of an app installed with Velopack, from its update feed in the Frontmatec package server.

Use

Main runs Velopack first: the installer starts the app with arguments of its own and expects it to act on them and exit.

Feed

By default the feed is the app's package in the feed tools, named as its exe: https://portal.frontmatec.com/api/packages/v1/tools/wincli/velopack for WINCLI.exe. Another one goes in the configuration:

Prereleases

IncludePrereleases turns to the feed of all versions of the package, prereleases too: the Velopack channel win-pre instead of win. It is remembered in the installation, beside the app's folder.

Folders

An update replaces the app's folder whole. Settings MUST be kept outside it, in %APPDATA%\Frontmatec\{app}, and the app MUST NOT work in it: VelopackFolders.WorkingFolder() gives the folder the app was started in, or the user's Documents when that is the app's own folder.
