Fixing nuget package (was not updated correctly)
Additions:
- Added delete member function to GLFWwindow
   - Fixed documentation of the bindings which were wrong due to a bug in CppSharp (fixed by me)
Critical fixes:
- Fixing null reference exception if any callback of the window has been called without being set before.
- Fixing signature of the createSurface function, the out parameters were wrong.
- Changing signature of the createSurface function due to was incorrect and could result in segfaults.
Older Changes:
Updated bindings also added the dll.config file to the solution.
IMPORTANT:
You always have to set the option "Copy to output" MANUALLY to TRUE.
