Geolocator Plugin for .Net Maui

Simple cross platform plugin to get GPS location including heading, speed, and more. Additionally, you can track geolocation changes, reverse geocode, and more. This project was ported from James Montemango's Xamarin GeolocatorPlugin: https://github.com/jamesmontemagno/GeolocatorPlugin
