1. Grant of License
Stefano Pinato ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IdentitySuite (the "Software") under one of the following tiers:

2. Restrictions
- The Free Tier may not be used in production environments or commercial products.
- Standard/Enterprise tiers allow one installation per license (additional installations require a new license).
- Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of the Software is prohibited.
- You may not remove copyright notices or licensing enforcement mechanisms.
3. Compliance & Auditing
- Licensor reserves the right to audit usage for compliance.
- Violations will result in license termination and potential legal action.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ITS USE.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cagliari.
