Usage:
markdown-to-toc <--input-file> [<--output-file>] [options]
Arguments:
<--input-file> Input markdown file path
<--output-file> Output TOC file or directory path [default: ./]
Options:
--toc-file <toc-file> TOC file to merge
--version Show version information
-?, -h, --help Show help and usage information
