Host integration

The consuming Blazor host must:

  2. Provide an implementation of IDrillStringWebPagesConfiguration.
  3. Register IDrillStringWebPagesConfiguration and IDrillStringAPIUtils in DI.
  4. Add the library assembly to the router AdditionalAssemblies.
