This is a forked version based on Mike Edwards' with changes from https://github.com/csteeg/glass.mapper & https://github.com/rvandalen/glass.mapper .
   Only install this package if you intend to use your own DI setup, otherwise install Glass.Mapper.Sc.CastleWindsor.
