ButlerSDK - Preview 1 - component - Butler Tool Bench

Contains ButlerSDK's tool bench (how each of it's chat session objects hold tools) and related exceptions.

Changes: With the edition of ButlerSDK.Core.Abstractions being pumped to 1.2.0preview because of update. This has been bumped too. Interface that the Bench matches moved to ButlerSDK.Core.Abstractions 1.0.2-preview and above
