   -  Added an additional property to the Client constructor to override the http timeout.
   -  Updated Account model with some missing fields.
   -  Client now throws exceptions when facing an unsuccesful response.
   -  Actions using the SDK are now able to return a 429 message.
      To make it easy we have added this into the client, when a 429 gets returned we will retry the message till it goes trough!
   -  Client now contains Debug output
      You can hook into this using the Debug listeners from System.Diagnostics.
