Adminer and DbGate

In the Program.cs file of AppHost, define an Postgres resource, then call AddPostgres:

Flyway

In the AppHost file, define a Flyway resource and link it to a Postgres database resource:

var flyway = builder.AddFlyway("flyway", "./migrations");
