Version 5.5.4 - 8.11.2019: I realized the disabled button had different proportions than the enabled button, and it changed the image size when disabled. This has been fixed.

8.10.2019: I updated the SaveCancelControl to have two methods that are in DataTier.Net's version of the SaveCancelControl.

I tried to swap out the one from DataTier.Net.Controls.SaveCancelControl for DataJuggler.Win.Controls.SaveCancelControl because I like the buttons appearance better, but I needed these two methods to be able to do so.

8.5.2019: This update includes an update to the List Editor Control, where after a Delete the selected control was still visible.

A call to the UIEnable method fixed this (testing in progress now).

This is the first update now that this project is on GitHub. There are a few breaking changes as it has been 4 years since I released on NuGet.
I have been using this project but I since Code Plex shut down I didn't update NuGet because I forgot about it.
Now that the project is on GitHub, I will be updating more often. Sorry for the long delays.
