Added:
In some cases, you need an instance of a mapper (or a factory function) to pass into a DI container. Fpr has the IAdapter and Adapter to fill this need:
IAdapter instance = TypeAdapter.GetInstance();

Fixed:
If an explicit mapping expression resulted in a unary expression, it was sometimes ignored by the mapper.  This has been fixed.
