- Before upgrading, replace <EnableMicrosoftExtensionsConfigurationBinderSourceGenerator>true</EnableMicrosoftExtensionsConfigurationBinderSourceGenerator> with <EnableConfigurationBindingGenerator>true</EnableConfigurationBindingGenerator> in every project; set IsPublishable=false on projects that are not packable or executables to skip the check
