removed SaveOnSubmit() (replaced with AddOrUpdate() and AddOrUpdateRange())
removed LoadAll() (replaced by LINQ and Iterator)
removed DeleteOnSubmit() (replaced with Remove())

added an IdentifierAttribute to mark the entity identifier
added equality checks for IdentifierAttribute, KeyAttribute (from DataAnnotations), ToString overrides and reference equality
