Hex adds additional overloads to the HtmlHelper methods to provide support for most of the HTML5 input types and a strongly-typed fluent way of specifying additional HTML attributes instead of using the anonymous object.

* Moved all of the enumerations out of the Hex.Html namespace and into the Hex namespace.

Changes:
* Changed Step to accept object parameter.
* Changed Step to support passing in TimeFormat to determine correct step value.

* Added support for specifying attributes in a strongly-typed fluent way for all existing AjaxHelper methods.
* Added support for specifying attributes on any Html element with Html.Attributes extension method.
* Added BeginActionLink, BeginRouteLink and EndLink to HtmlHelper and AjaxHelper to allow any nested content instead of just text.
