ISL.NetFramework.Communication.Driver

ISL.NetFramework.Communication.Driver is the single entrypoint package for:

Email driver
SMS driver
File storage provider
SMS/Email queue tables + queue status read
Story pre-signed upload flow (presign -> complete -> get url)

Use one registration call and one injectable service (ICommunicationDriver) for common communication flows.
