ISL.Providers.ReIdentification

This repository contains the SPAL source code for the ISL Re-Identification Abstraction library as well as the NECS and an OfflineFileSource provider implementation.

Targets .NET 10 (net10.0) instead of .NET 9. Projects on .NET 8 or 9 should stay on 0.0.0.5.
No public API changes since 0.0.0.5.
OfflineFileSources now reads its CSV file as a stream through the NHSISL.CsvHelperClient 3.x API, with the same results. This also fixes the MissingMethodException that OfflineFileSources 0.0.0.5 throws in projects that use NHSISL.CsvHelperClient 3.x.
Dependency changes: Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection 9.0.2 to 10.0.13, Xeption 2.8.0 to 2.9.0 and, in Necs, RESTFulSense 3.1.0 to 3.2.0. FluentAssertions is now pinned to exactly 7.2.2 (it was 7.0.0 or later). DemoData and OfflineFileSources move NHSISL.CsvHelperClient from 1.1.0 to 3.1.0, a major version, so projects that reference NHSISL.CsvHelperClient 1.x directly need to move to 3.x as well.
The package license changes from MIT to Apache 2.0.
