The version of IKVM used to package the JT400-7.8.DLL file is 7.1.4532. IKVM is available from Nuget or the following URL: http://www.ikvm.net/  The IKVMC command can be used to compile JT400.JAR and just about any other Java JAR file a a .Net assembly.
