Re-write for netstandard

- Consolidate to Fluent style (drop attribute-based Tests).
- Rename FluentTest to Scenario. Isolate test-runner dependencies into satellite assemblies (e.g. Kekiri.Xunit).
- IoC (Container) is now baked into base Scenario.
- Drop support for SimpleInjector (might bring this back one IoC model is defined)
- Drop TestGen package.
- Add xUnit support (preferred). NUnit is secondary.
