Scytales mDL/ISO Reader SDK for Windows (mValid)

Overview

The Scytales Reader SDK for Windows provides the resources to develop an application to verify a Mobile Driver License based on the ISO 18013-5 standard. It allows for online or offline retrieval. Bluetooth LE (BLE) is the only offline technology supported. To develop an application with the SDK you need to use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or later. Your PC should have a webcam and a Bluetooth adapter.
