- Removed Date type (net6.0 has DateOnly)
- Removed Param helpers
- Reorganized UtcDateTime
- Iso8601Parts used as a format must be validated using Iso8601Format first
- UtcDateTime can format and parse ISO-8601 Week dates, now
- Iso8601 is now the lexer and parser. It can also parse only time now, as well, although UtcDateTime still requires a date and time.
- Vcf date format (without a year) removed
- Most things from DateUtil moved into UtcDateTime
