RockLib.Messaging.Kafka version 1.0.0-alpha02
Improvements to sad path:
- `KafkaSender` throws an exception if a message isn't successfully sent.
- `KafkaReceiver` invokes its `Error`, `Disconnected`, and `Connected` events accordingly.
