Typed .NET 10 client for the xrpl.to social intelligence API.

- News — search XRPL/XRP news with per-article sentiment (bullish/bearish/neutral); historical sentiment chart.
- Mentions — full-text search across X/Twitter mentions of XRPL tokens (Developer tier).
- Scams — flagged domain list; per-account scam verdict with risk level.
- Token review — risk assessment score (0–100) with supply control and creator history signals.
- Creator activity — token creator trading activity for rug-pull detection.
- Tweet verifications — verified tweets for a token (by md5) or account.
- Web search — general web search via SearXNG.
- Rate limiting (auto-throttle), Polly retry on 429/5xx, per-user API key injection.
