Partial data updates were added. These methods allow updating data object by specifying only the fields that should be changed.
        Authorization with Personal Access Tokens was added. You can now generate fine grained access tokens to betteer control API access.

- PatchTask and PatchMobileUser methods for selective data updates were added.
- TaskData.Tags field was added for custom task tagging.
- MobileUserData.Tags field was added for custom user tagging.
- TaskData.MetaData.MainAddressId and TaskData.MetaData.MainPhoneNumberId fields were added that can be used to specify main address and phone number.

Other changes:
- TaskTypeConfig.Feedback field was added. When set to true, feedback data collection through Customer portal will be enabled for tasks of given type.
- TaskData.Feedback field was added. Field can be added to override default feedback settings.
- GetReportFeedbackOrNull method for getting the customer feedback data was added.

- Starting with October 2020 version all phone number values should start with country code prefix (with + sign, example: +48). Besides starting plus '+' sign value should contain only digits. Future system versions will enforce this check.
