更新内容：
1、[新增] [自定义控件] 带头部的控件 MetroHeader（拷贝自 MahApps）。
从 MahApps 官方源码中拷贝 MetroHeader 默认样式（MahApps.Styles.MetroHeader），发现 NuGet 包 MahApps.Metro v2.4.10 中的 MetroHeader 没有 Orientation 属性，与源码中的样式不配套。
所以本库维护一个自己的 MetroHeader 控件。样式：LibSty.Mah.MetroHeader.Default、LibSty.Mah.MetroHeader.Horizontal。
2、[修复] 用于行为库的可改变附加属性的动作（ChangeAttachedPropertyAction）Target 为 null 异常。
3、[增强] [样式] 表格样式 LibSty.DataGrid.Default 支持设置 ScrollViewerAttached.IsVerticalScrollBarAtLeft（是否将垂直滚动条放在左边）。
4、[新增] [转换器] 翻转布尔值（BoolReverseConverter）。
5、[新增] [转换器] 布尔值转为显示模式 系列：BoolToVisibilityConverter、TrueToVisibleConverter、TrueToCollapsedConverter、TrueToHiddenConverter。
