WinRT XAML Toolkit debugging components for Windows 8.0 and 8.1.

     Features
     - DebugConsole - an always on top debugging overlay useful during full-screen debugging
     - DC.Trace() - writes line(s) to the DebugConsole
     - DC.TraceLocalized() - includes caller information (method, line number)
     - DC.TraceMemoryCheckPoint() - writes managed memory usage (note it doesn't help with WinRT objects such as BitmapImage)
     - DC.TraceInterval() - writes time elapsed between calls
     - DC.Clear() - clears the console
     - DC.Show()/Hide() - shows/hides the console
     - DC.ShowVisualTree() - shows the visual tree debugger view
