       Fix a typo in AsyncDelegateCommand where it wasn't implementing IAsyncDelegateCommand.

Remove registration APIs from INavigationService to avoid Page dependency. This is unfortunately a breaking change, but you can just cast the INavigationService back to the real implementation to get to the RegisterPage method as shown in the docs.
