- Use readonly lists and collections instead of arrays to avoid allocations
- Added dependency to new package Zeiss.PiWeb.Api.Core
○ Moved Attribute, AttributeExtensions, IAttributeItem, InspectionPlanEntity, PathElement, PathHelper, PathInformation and PathInformationExtension from Dtos to new package

- Removed DataCharacteristic since it had no real benefit (simple container for characteristic uuid and the value)
○ Replaced by dictionary of uuid and DataValueDto

- Added support for System.Text.Json serialization
- DataValueDto now implements interface IEquatable
- Switched from BSD-4-Clause to BSD-3-Clause lincense
- Target framework .NET 5 is updated to .NET 6
