评审为10.0.0正式主版本：Grant改为构造注入与请求DI适配，依赖只读；会话仓储新增必需方法，授权事件及通用作业新增不可缺失的ChangedAt，旧权限专用延迟作业已移除，属于破坏性契约，不能按9.0补丁发布。升级前停止入口并排空旧序列化作业/事件，按docs/technical/hope-10-0-authorization-upgrade.md适配后统一换版；不私拷框架源码。修复延迟误撤销新会话、提交后缓存失效恢复、Mongo父资源租户与角色配对。缓存故障采用原有效缓存固定五分钟到期回源，不承诺立即强一致撤销。既有ABP模式、依赖和可读性整理已逐项复核，无额外破坏性契约或数据库模型变更。定向Release九项目989项、Dove消费者4项、载荷修正2项通过，SQLite/Mongo允许与拒绝、回滚、时区序列化、作业映射及Redis真实写入故障/提交后子进程中断均有证据；不以探针替代完整宿主验收。正式发布仍要求本候选唯一Full、同源795包全部可用及Release/基线收尾；失败复用核验原件，Panda仅在正式包可用后升级并验收登录、报备派单、小程序跟进与维护恢复。
