Added support for Authenticated CREST, set a Token and Mode. Added EveLib.EveAuth, a helper class for managing Eve SSO. Major refactoring of EveCrest code: You can now load any resource through EveCrest.Load(). EveCrest now utilizes the versioning provided by CCP. Deprecated resources will emit a warning, and optionally throw an exception. This is NOT backwards compatible with earlier version of EveCrest, however most of the changes are small and easy to find/fix.
