Unsigned Assembly

Corrected a problem which could occur in which a user could inadvertantly create inaccuracies in a string of calculations, of which x.Exp(Precision) is a step (for x large). This was done by making sure all public bf functions (except toString and ToFile) maintain a minimum internal precision for results of at least 1000 decimal digits.

Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
