Unsigned Assembly

Made public the underlying bfMatrix, bdMatrix, bcrMatrix arrays.

Added functions .ToFile for types bfMatrix, bdMatrix, bcrMatrix for matrices having elements of type bf, bd, or bcr.

Added alternative .ToFile and .toString functions to allow outputs rounded to a specified MaxFractDigits maximum decimal places for types bf, bd, bcr, bfMatrix, bdMatrix, bcrMatrix.

Also a few minor bug fixes.

Checks for arithmetic overflow or underflow are again compiler-included in this release.
