Update bindings to latest native library version:
Version 2.12.0 -- September 2017

This version adds a new videoCapture property to the OTPublisherSettings interface. It allows the application to start a new publisher with a screen capturer while there is another camera publisher already running.

Interoperability with clients using OpenTok.js in Safari.

This version fixes the following issues:

Main Thread Checker errors appear in XCode 9.

Exceptions logged to the console from devices running in iOS 11. Note: these exceptions did not cause application failures.

Publishing an audio-only stream after previously publishing video fails.

Applications crash if another user in a session disconnects while the local client's app is in background.

Publishing and subscribing prevents apps from using Airplay.
