Update bindings to latest native library version:
Version 2.16.3-beta -- September 2019
This version fixes an issue that was causing the SDK to log extraneous warning messages when compiling.
Version 2.16.0 -- April 2019
This version adds a OTSubscriberVideoEventCodecNotSupported constant to the OTSubscriberVideoEventReason enum.
This version adds a new [OTVideoCaptureConsumer consumeImageBuffer:] method. This is a beta feature. It lets you use a Core Video image buffer as the source for a custom video capturer.
The default renderer for OTPublisher and OTSubscriber videos now use the Metal Renderer (and the Metal, MetalKit and MetalPerformanceShaders frameworks) on devices that have it available. Otherwise, it uses the OpenGL ES.
This version of the SDK uses WebRTC 71, which includes improvements in performance and stability.
This version fixes the following issues:
Apps would log this extraneous message to the console: "OpenTok console logger has not been set."
Apps could not publish when used with the Apple Broadcast extension.
