Update bindings to latest native library version:
Version 2.15.0 -- October 2018

This version adds a new OTPublisherKitNetworkStatsDelegate protocol, which provides audio and video statistics for a publisher. Set the networkStatsDelegate property of a OTPublisher instance to an object that implements the OTPublisherKitNetworkStatsDelegate protocol. This is a beta feature.

Enterprise partners that have IP white listing enabled for an OpenTok project should set the new [OTSessionSettings ipWhitelist] proprty to YES when instantiating an OTSession object.

This version of the SDK uses automatic reference counting.
